Ariel began her legal career as a staff attorney for the 18th Circuit Court Civil/Family Division Judges in Seminole County. It was during her time in that position that her calling for family law began. With a front row seat to the daily grind of the courtroom, Ariel quickly recognized the impact that litigation has on clients and the ability for attorneys to help reduce that impact. The effects were especially clear in family proceedings. Since her move to private practice, Ariel has focused on fully resolving family issues outside of the courtroom if possible. Ariel’s sympathetic, yet direct style helps guide clients towards the best outcomes for their specific circumstances, keeping both the emotional and financial well-being of clients at the forefront. Ariel is resolution oriented but is ready for litigation if the case demands it.
Although a North Carolina native, Ariel relocated to Florida when she began attending Florida State University for her undergraduate education. She subsequently relocated to the Central Florida area where she graduated from Barry University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2014 with her Juris Doctorate. Ariel resides with her husband, stepdaughter, and two dogs in Seminole County, where her family law work is focused. As a stepmother, she understands the challenges many families will face as they go through the difficult transitions associated with dissolution and paternity claims. She seeks to ease this transition for her clients and help them find balance as they embark on the next chapter in their lives.
